Starting from the accepted view that successful business operations, development, satisfaction of service users, as well as employee satisfaction and the level of environmental protection depend on the level of quality and safety of Zadar Airport Ltd., the Director of Zadar Airport Ltd. hereby adopts the following
QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Through its Quality and Environmental Policy, Zadar Airport Ltd. ensures, in all segments of its ground handling operations, a high level of service quality and safety, with the least possible harmful impact on the environment, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, applicable legal regulations, and the requirements of interested parties.
The quality of aircraft and passenger ground handling services, as well as the overall business operations of Zadar Airport Ltd., is the Company’s primary objective and depends on the evaluation of its service users. For this reason, the measure of service quality is precisely the assessment provided by users. By applying methods for analysing customer satisfaction, we monitor the effectiveness of the quality management system with the aim of continuous improvement based on a process-oriented approach and the identification and treatment of risks, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
We are a professional and environmentally conscious company that continuously reviews the impact of its processes and procedures on the environment. We strive to provide services with the least possible harmful impact on the environment. When selecting the technologies we apply, we assess their potential environmental impacts and choose those that generate fewer negative effects. We manage natural resources responsibly, comply with all applicable regulations, prevent environmental pollution where we can exert influence, and protect the health and safety of both service users and our employees.
Company management will continuously and responsibly improve the effectiveness of the management system in accordance with all applicable regulations and the requirements of interested parties. For this purpose, management will ensure the necessary resources, primarily through adequate employee training and appropriate technological equipment.
Management will define quality and environmental objectives on an annual basis and monitor their implementation and compliance with this policy.
Quality and environmental objectives are elaborated at all management levels, and accordingly, management and employees systematically and comprehensively implement this Policy.
The Quality and Environmental Policy is publicly available and accessible to all interested parties of Zadar Airport, with the aim of meeting their needs and fostering partnership relations.
