Price List of Services
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1.
The above-mentioned business conditions are based on the provisions of the Airports Act and the Air Traffic Act of the Republic of Croatia and are in accordance with legal regulations governing fees and tariff policy.
1.2.
The basic General Business Conditions apply to the following airport services:
1.2.1. Use of the runway for take-off and landing (LANDING)
1.2.2. Use of runway and manoeuvring area lighting (LIGHTING)
1.2.3. Handling of aircraft, passengers, baggage, cargo and mail (HANDLING)
1.2.4. Use of aircraft stands on the apron and other parking areas (PARKING)
1.2.5. Use of centralized infrastructure
1.2.6. Special services for passengers and cargo consignors:
a) Passenger service (PASSENGER SERVICE)
b) Security check (SECURITY CHECK)
1.3.
Charges for airport services are expressed in Euros (EUR).
1.4.
The price of a standard Zadar Airport service offered to an air carrier shall not be reduced if the carrier does not use, or refuses to use, such a service.
1.5.
Calculation and payment of services shall be made prior to take-off:
– cash
– credit and debit cards
Air carriers with a signed contract shall pay for rendered services in accordance with the contractual terms.
1.6.
Payment in other currencies shall be calculated according to the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank valid on the invoice issue date.
1.7.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in the prices.
Domestic legal and natural persons, as well as air carriers, are required to pay VAT.
International air carriers are exempt from VAT only for services regulated by the Value Added Tax Act.
International legal and natural persons, other than air carriers, are subject to VAT.
1.8.
In case of delayed payment, statutory default interest shall be charged in accordance with applicable law.
1.9.
Any user requesting and using airport services shall be deemed to have accepted the Price List.
Prices are identical for domestic and international traffic.
