Marija Budeš, Head of the Operations Center at Zadar Airport, has been selected as the Aviation Employee of the Year as part of the Croatian National Tourist Board’s (CNTB) award “Person – The Key to Success”.

The CNTB award “Person – The Key to Success, Employee of the Year” is part of the official ceremony marking Croatian Tourism Day, the largest gathering of tourism professionals in Croatia. The aim of the award is to raise the quality of service and hospitality among employees in tourism and related industries, which directly contributes to increasing guest satisfaction, promoting a positive image of Croatian tourism, and enhancing the overall perception of Croatia as a tourist destination.

This year, the awards were presented in Dubrovnik. The CNTB seeks to recognize outstanding employees who have performed their duties with quality, dedication, and excellence, and who have ultimately made a significant contribution to a successful tourism year under difficult conditions, marked by uncertainty and challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
