At Zadar Airport, food and beverage facilities are available to passengers both before and after the security screening. Before the screening, there is a restaurant and a café, while after the screening passengers can find cafés and snack bars offering hot drinks, beverages, sandwiches, and light meals.
Is there a baby changing room available?
Yes, baby changing facilities are available in the restrooms.

Yes, the airport offers an assistance service.
Is there a VIP lounge or business lounge?
Yes, it is located in the international zone after security and document control, next to the Duty Free shop and adjacent to a café. It is open from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It is closed from 10 November to 31 March. Passengers may stay for up to 3 hours before their flight.
The services include free Wi-Fi, an air-conditioned area, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, satellite television, newspapers, and magazines. Access is available via membership (e.g. Priority Pass, DragonPass), online reservation, or by purchasing an entry pass on site. The entry fee is approximately €25 per person.

Yes, after passing through security screening, there is a duty-free shop offering perfumes, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, and other products at more favorable prices.
Travel Documents and Customs
Which documents are required for travel?
All passengers must have a valid travel document (an ID card or passport, depending on the destination). A visa is also required for some countries. We recommend checking the entry requirements of your destination country before arriving at the airport.
Can I travel with an ID card within the EU?
Yes, citizens of EU Member States and the Schengen Area may travel within those countries using a national ID card. For all other destinations, a passport is required.
Where are the customs services located?
The customs office is located within the airport and is responsible for customs control of passenger traffic, including the declaration of cash, inspection of goods, and other customs formalities.

How should goods subject to customs control be handled?
1. Declaration of Goods
If you are bringing into or taking out goods subject to customs control (e.g. larger quantities of alcohol, tobacco, cash, technical equipment, luxury items, food, or medicines), you are required to declare them to the customs authorities immediately upon arrival at the airport.
Where to declare?
At the customs counter in the arrivals area (or in the departures area for export), immediately after passport control. At Zadar Airport, the customs service is located within the terminal and is clearly marked.
When?
Immediately upon entering the country (or upon departure if you are taking goods out of the EU).
2. Green and Red Channels
Green Channel:
If you have nothing to declare, use the green channel (for personal luggage within the permitted allowances).
Red Channel:
If you have goods that must be declared, use the red channel and contact a customs officer.
3. Documentation
Prepare the following:
Receipts or invoices for the goods
Passport or ID card
Additional permits if the goods require special authorization (e.g. medicines, weapons, antiques)
4. Payment of Customs Duties and Taxes
Customs duties and VAT may be charged on goods if:
They exceed the permitted personal allowances
They are considered goods of a commercial nature
In such cases, the goods are cleared according to the applicable tariffs, and the passenger may pay the amount on the spot.
